A Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience, working in both unionized and non-unionized environments starting with Thunder Bay Police. Donna has worked in the hospitality industry, forestry and aviation.  With significant experience in both Provincial and Federal human resources related legislation Donna has worked through many collective bargaining negotiations throughout her career.  With a thorough knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources, from benefit management and grievance handling, to Health & Safety and full-cycle recruitment, Donna continues to learn and develop her expertise. Donna looks forward to contributing to the Labour Relations Committee for the Thunder Bay Police Services Board.
