Subject to the following sections of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, notice of a meeting open to the public is hereby provided by the Thunder Bay Police Service Board, with the proposed agenda.
- 43 (3) Subject to section 44, meetings conducted by the police service board, or by a committee of the board, shall be open to the public.
- 43 (5) The police service board or the committee, as applicable, shall publish notice of a meeting that is open to the public on the Internet, subject to the regulations made by the Minister, if any.
- 43 (7) (a) the notice must include the proposed agenda for the meeting.
Subject to section 43 (7) (b) (ii) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, the record of the most recent meeting of the Board (Minutes of the March 19, 2024 Regular Session of the Board) may be accessed when the full agenda is published.

- 44Â (2) (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including members of the Police Service or any other employees of the Board;
- 44 (2) (d) labour relations or employee negotiations;
- 44 (2) (f) advice that would be inadmissible in a court by reason of any privilege under the law of evidence, including communications necessary for that purpose;
- 44 (2)Â (j)Â a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the board.
