After significant experience in the military and law enforcement, Jim made a career out of representing working people as a Litigation Officer for a major Ontario trade union.  Jim retired after 26 years of service in 2018 and shortly thereafter returned to work part-time, as a faculty member at Confederation College in the Human Resources program primarily in the field of labour relations and human rights law.
