Wayne is a human resource professional with over 40 years’ experience in the hospital, education, pulp and paper industry and mental health and addictions sectors.

He has previous experience on the Thunder Bay Police Services Board, having been a Board member from 2003-2010 and served as a Committee Member for the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission from 2003-2013. Wayne’s experience has equipped him with an understanding of the Police Services Act along with Board duties and responsibilities.
